Persistence Bit

The Ventriloquist is Mirco Uguccioni, one half of italian techno duo Rolf & Fonky, who, in 2004, decides to experiment with sounds and structures more in touch with ambient music than his previous outings as R & F. The first ep to be released under his new monicker is Amb; the 12” gets some very good reviews from magazines such as Grooves and Blow Up, as well as very good response from the record-buying public; the music is a constant and flowing mix between minimal techno, glitch, dub and the aforementioned ambient sounds, always retaining a fresh approach to it. A new ep is soon to be released by Persistencebit and a remix ep will follow.
